Delivery Zones

DUANCE & CO items are delivered everywhere in Australia and internationally, with the exception of some areas that you cannot find in the selection list on our payment page.
Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will not be processed.

Delivery types and times

All Australian Orders will take 1-8 Business days

All other International shipping times may vary, but will typically take 10-15 Days.

Faster Delivery options are available upon checkout.

If you need further peace of mind, "Signature upon delivery" is offered upon checkout.

Delivery times upon checkout are estimates and Duance & Co. are not responsible for any delays in shipment, all customers will be sent a tracking number for each order. Delivery Charges and Customs Fees

Shipping fees for online orders depend on the delivery method chosen. Although very unlikely, if customs duties are required to complete the delivery, these fees must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Duance and Co. cannot be held responsible for any customs clearance.

All international orders (outside of Australia) may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
