We are currently in the production phase for the pre-ordered watches
Once shipped, your watch will take 2-4 business days (Domestic) or 7-10 business days (International). Watches are estimated to be shipped in September/October, however they may be shipped earlier or later than expected
Once your watch is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor its journey.
We allow order modifications within the 7-day window (9th June - 16th June). After this period, we begin the process of assembling your watch, making further changes difficult. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to request any modifications.

Our pre-order phase lasts for 7 days (Starting June 9th), during which you may cancel your order if you please. Please note, cancellations are subject to a 3% fee to cover processing costs. After the pre-order window closes, cancellations are not possible as each order is personalised and materials are procured based on the quantity ordered.
Expected shipment is by September/October, but may arrive sooner or later.
We require a minimum of 10 orders per color variant to proceed with production. Should a specific colour variant not meet this threshold, we will contact you via email to either change your pre-order to a different colour or cancel it entirely, both options are free of any fees.
